Week 2: Progress Evaluation

In Week 2, I aimed to assess my capabilities and push boundaries. Despite the demanding terrain, I covered 28 kilometers with a vertical ascent of 218 meters. Maintaining a weight of 99.00 kilograms, I remained focused on the task at hand.
Week 3: Stepping Up

Building on the previous week, I increased both distance and elevation in Week 3. Trekking 38 kilometers with a vertical ascent of 400 meters, I continued to prepare diligently. Despite the intensified training, my weight remained stable at 99.10 kilograms. Too many Redbulls I suspect.
Progress and Preparation
Reflecting on the past weeks, ive been battling a bit with my MH, with some ongoing dizziness type stuff going on. Despite that, ive done reasonably well making consistent progress in distance and elevation.
Looking Ahead
Continuing the progress, hoping to have another solid week this, week, I have started well, with a run too and from circuits class, today I have a intervals so continuing to progress well with my load. Injury free.
